Just after the Spring Festival in 2025, Sunswell received an order from a Russian customer. The order included a 7000BPH (1L) weighing oil filling machine.
This machine is a rotary electronic weighing filling and capping machine. It is a new generation of oil-specific integrated machine developed by our company using the most advanced international technology combined with independent research and development. The machine has a high degree of automation and intelligence, and effectively solves the common problems of dripping, insufficient speed, and inaccurate precision of the current oil filling machines of the same type. The filling process is drip-free and leak-free, the machine performance is stable and reliable, and the production efficiency is high, which fully meets the needs of different customers.
The weighing filling method is adopted, with high filling accuracy, and the valve opening adopts two-stage control mode: rough filling-fine filling-valve closing.
The valve is controlled by a servo electric cylinder, and the mode of the filling process can be changed arbitrarily to ensure that the filling flow rate meets the requirements and the product is filled to the required weight in a short time. During the filling process, the flow rate is easy to adjust, and the filling efficiency is effectively improved. At the same time, it solves the common problems of most oil filling valves: oil spilling when opening and closing the valve, oil dripping after closing the valve, and excessive product weight error. This valve is used in conjunction with a weighing sensor, and the weight control is accurate. The weight error of the filled product is plus or minus 2.5 grams.
The filling machine contains an automatic lifting device, which automatically rises and falls to the appropriate position when draining oil and changing bottle-related parts.
The bottle-related parts of the filling machine are fixed with handles, which are convenient for bottle type replacement and adjustment.
The capping machine has a long guide rail stroke and adopts a double-column fastening method, which makes the equipment firmly fixed with low vibration, high capping concentricity, and a capping defective rate of ≤0.2%;
The capping guide rail is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cap from passing and taking out the reverse cap, and is also equipped with a set of photoelectric switch. When there is no cap on the capping guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of bottles without caps;
The capping machine is equipped with a bottle feeding detection switch, which is interlocked with the locking cylinder at the connection between the capping guide rail and the capping plate to control the discharge of the bottle cap, ensuring that the feeding of the cap is stopped when there is no bottle or the filling accuracy does not meet the requirements, reducing the loss of the cap;
The efficient inclined bucket centrifugal cap sorting method has small cap wear and low chance of reverse cap;
The cap sorter is equipped with a missing cap detection mechanism to control the start and stop of the bottle cap lifting machine.
