General description:
Glass bottle water filling for glass bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas, and designed according to room filling processing demands of non-carbonated water and alcoholic drinks to be one of the advanced room filling production line.
This Dice filler is special designed for fruit meat filling, low than 5mm fruit meat or chunk is ok for this model.
Process:
Bottle enterinto machinery by screw device, then, through the volumetric cup to measure the volume of the fruit pulp, when the bottle moved to the filling position, the filling valve will be open by a mechanical device, through some angle filling, then to outlet starwheel.
